Delivery Times: Depending on the buyer’s location, orders typically arrive within 3 to 14 business days.
Note: While we strive for the fastest delivery possible, these timeframes are estimates. Most of our customers receive their packages well before the 14 day mark.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been damaged, misused, or altered by the user after delivery. Every return request is carefully reviewed by our support team to ensure fairness.
Exchanges (Defective Items)
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you receive an item with a factory defect or damage that occurred during transit, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost.

Sale Items
Please note that our return policy applies exclusively to regular priced items. Products purchased during promotional or clearance events are considered final sales, which allows us to consistently offer you the best possible prices.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you are expecting a refund and do not see it in your account, please check your bank statement first. Processing times vary by financial institution.
